While the Agents of ACTS carry out a high‑risk operation against a Syndicate facility deep in Peru, Elizabeth encounters a family fleeing through an ancient mountain passage—pursued by forces that do not hunt at random. What begins as an act of compassion quickly reveals deeper layers of danger, deception, and prophecy.

This is the story where:

• the Syndicate’s experimentation on children is exposed,
• Annex Prime becomes more than a rumor,
