Another Good Read and My Daughter Loved It Too
This was an excellent follow-up to the first book (“Book One”). Lots of action. Fast moving pace – but not too fast. Still had good character development. And lots of action and fight scenes. Even though the main characters have somewhat supernatural abilities it felt every bit as believable and realistic as fight scenes in other mainstream books, like the Jack Reacher books (by Lee Childs) or Clive Cussler novels.
I not only enjoyed reading this book, but my fourth grade daughter also loved it. I think she read it faster than I did. And she keeps asking when the next book in the series is coming out 🙂
